Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the Salut Translator mobile application, published by ALPHARD TECH AZ LLC.

1. What can be deleted on request

The categories of data we (or our service providers, on our behalf) may still hold are limited to:

• Email correspondence — if you have ever emailed us at [email protected].
• Aggregated app analytics tied to a Firebase Installation ID and/or Android Advertising ID (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics).
• Advertising signals processed by Google AdMob (advertising ID, ad-event metadata).
• In-app purchase records processed by Google Play Billing (order ID, purchase token).
• Cloudflare R2 access logs related to AI-model file downloads.

For data held directly by Google or Cloudflare, the fastest way to delete it is via the controls those companies provide:

• Google — myactivity.google.com and myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy;
• Reset / delete your Android Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads;
• Disable Firebase Analytics inside the App (Settings → Privacy);
• Manage subscriptions and request refunds in Google Play → Subscriptions.

2. How to send us a deletion request

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line:

Data Deletion Request — Salut Translator

Please include in the message:

• your country of residence (so we can apply the correct law: GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.);
• which categories of data you want us to delete (use Section 1 above, or write “all of the above”);
• any identifiers that will help us locate your data, such as:
  • the email address you used to contact us before;
  • the Google Play order ID of any purchase (visible in your Google Play receipt);
  • the Firebase Installation ID, if you have it (advanced — optional);
• whether you are submitting on your own behalf or on behalf of another person (in which case attach proof of authorisation).

3. What we will do

• We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity, especially if your request relates to data not tied to an email address.
• We will complete the deletion (or explain why we cannot, e.g. legal retention obligations) within 30 days of verification, in accordance with GDPR Art. 12, CCPA / CPRA and other applicable laws.
• We will instruct our processors (Google, Cloudflare) to delete the relevant data on our behalf where applicable.

4. Data we may keep

We may retain limited information after your request where required or permitted by law, including:

• tax and accounting records related to in-app purchases;
• records necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• aggregated, fully anonymised analytics that no longer identifies you.

5. Account deletion

Salut Translator does not have user accounts. There is nothing to "deactivate" beyond what is described above.
